About Third Bean

I was the third kid in my family, and with a cutesy nickname like Carina Beana, I launched Third Bean and got to work making healthy confections that reflected my values and visually "wowed" my loved ones! As an artist, health enthusiast and meticulous confectioner, I began crafting local, fair trade chocolate bars and filled bonbons I wished were at my local store. Our entire line is vegan, gluten-free, low glycemic, dark chocolate, sweetened with healthy alternatives to refined cane sugar. Our products are made from ethically-sourcing, farmer-centered ingredients and packaged 100% plastic-free. These qualities reflect a simple set of beliefs in: -Prioritizing our health by feeding ourselves with wholesome, nourishing foods. -Treating all the people involved in production with humanity and respect. -Businesses taking full responsibility for having the singular largest impact on the planet.
