I hate hate HATE leaving a bad review of any small business owner because I’m also one but this is warning to other shop owners. I placed a very simple order in early Oct for Christmas. And, now in Jan, I have only received half of my order. The first half was not as pictured, poor quality and partially broken. I reached out and got a response but no resolution. For weeks, I’ve been patient. I have kindly asked twice for an update but the owner simply ignores me. I would not recommend.

Hi Jess, I do hope this finds you well. First, I apologize for the lack of communication and the inability to provide you the type of service I would want to receive. To be "the worse experience in 5 years on Faire" STINGS!!!! However, I take full accountability for not showing up as my highest self during a time when grief and depression had my Spirit so intensely heavy that all I could do was focus on breathing and Motherhood. I don't say this for sympathy, I should have closed my shop down while I worked through the dark time I was in but...I did not and now must face this type of review. While I know you receive a refund, I will gladly send you free items to make up for the horrible experience you had with me. Also, should you choose not to deal with me again (which I fully understand) I wish you nothing but the best and appreciate this opportunity to take accountability for my past actions because it's made me a better business woman. the Florida Water smells amazing! I love the bottles. The seller was somewhat responsive! However, I did not receive my full order. seller stated the remainder of my order would ship on a certain day. I waited quite a while past that date, reached out, heard nothing and ended up just canceling the rest of my order. What I actually received was great. I probably will not be back. Communication is huge with me. I would be more than ok with a delay, but no response for days is never ok.

However, I must be honest. I was in a very very dark place attempting to run my business that just didn't work out at all.
