It grows and grinds corn, sorghum, rice and buckwheat flours that have the particularity of being GLUTEN FREE, NO THICKENERS, NO GUMS and NO ADDED SUGAR. Mulino Marello directly produces all the cereals in Piedmont (Italy), controlling the entire production chain from the field to packaging. Flours and mixtures are available for desserts, pizza, fresh pasta, crepes, meal, polenta and cereals. 500 g or 5 kg packs available for professional laboratories.
