We have ordered direct before. This was our first order with Made Uncommon via Faire. Superb range of products. We bought Seed and Bean, H!P and Otherly - quality products, great ethics. Experience was let down by UPS -diabolical communication and fulfilment. Expected delivery date came and went without an update. After 4 delivery date changes (3 by UPS, 1 by us), the package finally arrived 7 days late, 2 hours outside the delivery window. 5 star product let down by 1 star UPS.
