About Soy and Sisters

Soy and Sisters was established in 2020 by twin sisters with a shared love of style, scent and sustainability. From curating the collections, creating the vessels, pouring the wax, assembling the box and placing the labels, each Soy and Sisters item is carefully considered and handcrafted in our home studio in County Armagh. We create in small batches to ensure the highest quality. We use only responsibly sourced, sustainable and renewable ingredients and work exclusively with soy wax as it is entirely plant based. Soy wax burns cleanly, is soot free and burns up to 40% more slowly than paraffin wax. The scents and colours of our Elements collection are inspired by the Earth's four natural elements of earth, air fire and water. Each vessel is handcrafted using a water based non toxic eco resin whose main component is naturally occurring minerals. As with the nature of handmade items, each vessel has its own character and no two are identical. Our Elements line is based on four scents : Earth - woodsmoke and vanilla in a warm brown beige vessel Air - Mint neroli and jasmine in a blue white toned vessel Fire - Cinammon, Honey and Tobacco in a yellow orange vessel Water - lemon, ozonic florals in an aqua vessel. We only use the finest fragrance oils for our creations which contain natural elements as well as essential oils. We only use wooden wicks as these provide excellent scent throw. All our packaging, labels and boxes are plastic free and recyclable and compostable. Read their story
