Meet the Makers: Jilly & Ian Virgo Moon is a true "small but mighty" operation, solely run and operated by Jilly and her partner, Ian, (both standing at 5'3") in their 600 sq ft studio kitchen. Jilly is the heart of the kitchen. As a biologist, artist, herbalist, and astrologer, she formulates every recipe with scientific precision and mystical intention. Her work is a modern revival of the 19th-century apothecary tradition and the golden age of drugstore soda fountains—a time when remedies were preserved in sugar and wellness was a sensory experience. Ian is the brand’s "green-thumb handyman." Whether he is tending to the gardens or maintaining the mechanical heartbeat of the business, Ian’s dedication to the land ensures that our vision remains rooted in the soil.
