About Barmy

Duncan is a British entrepreneur who lives in the south suburbs of Chicago with his young family. Barmy was created when Duncan's wife, Alexis, was looking for weighted lap blankets for her children to help with focus and staying calm. The quality and choice was sadly lacking so Duncan saw a gap in the market. From an initial limited choice, Barmy now sells 2 different size weighted lap blankets with 10 different colors. Barmy expanded the range into weighted sleep masks which then subsequently grew to include weighted lap animals, outdoor blankets and luxury home spa gift sets.Read their story
