Brand description: Amarzo is an Italian brand, specifically Tuscan, specializing in giving new life to wine bottles. The brand's promise is to reduce the environmental impact caused by glass remelting by giving new life to bottles. Amarzo cuts and performs different grinding works completely cold without any CO2 emissions. Amarzo creates glasses, pitchers, trays, cups, candles, and spoons (similar to small bowls for sauces or finger food) through cutting. Amarzo.com was founded in 2023 by Cristiano Iozzi and Luigi Taglialavore with the aim of giving new life to wine bottles. The two founders, former oenotechnicians, noticed the glass paradox in the cellar; glass is a naturally durable material, but on average, a glass bottle is remelted after only 2 months. Amarzo was born in the right place, as Colle di Val d'Elsa, where it has its origins, was the world center for glass and crystal grinding during the 1900s. The company thus revives an almost lost tradition that allows for a quality of workmanship that leaves its customers in awe.
