Lallemant is a name, a family, 4 generations of pastry chefs and chocolatiers from father to son. Maison Lallemant has inherited a family and artisanal tradition to which the family attaches great importance and ensures quality and high standards by offering refined products. What drives us every day: THE PASSION FOR CHOCOLATE We have cultivated and shared this passion from father “Maître Pâtissier- Maître Chocolatier” to son since 1937. Our chocolates and sweets are entirely made in our chocolate factory in Pézenas, so we control their roasting and their low sugar dosage. Today, we also offer Bean to Bar chocolate bars, so we transform cocoa beans into chocolate. We have complete control over the manufacture of our chocolate by respecting the following steps: sorting the beans by hand, roasting, crushing, grinding, conching for several hours and finally molding. With our BEAN TO BAR chocolate bars, we thus carry out the entire production without subcontracting a single step in our chocolate factory in Pézenas. We have obtained an “Organic” certification on a few Bean to Bar tablets and we also offer a Vegan tablet.
