Founded at the end of 2011, Gourmie's story is imbued with the inspirations of the brand's founder, Claudie Botté. While she discovered the raw food trend in California in the 2000s, this creative and innovative kitchen “chef” decided to import this brilliant and innovative concept of healthy and raw food into France. Taken over in 2018 by Olivier NOUVEL, Gourmie's has been manufacturing vegetable, organic, gluten-free and cereal-free fruit bars for about ten years now under the GOURMIZ' brand.
