In Tarboro, a small town in eastern North Carolina where cotton fields meet Main Street, our family asked a simple question: What if we could keep more of the value of the cotton we grow right here at home? Mayo Mills was born from that idea—a farm‑to‑foot sock company that starts in our own fields and ends in the everyday comfort of your customers’ favorite pair of socks. We grow cotton on our family farm, then work with a tight‑knit (literally) team in Tarboro to spin, dye, and knit small batches. Because we control the process close to home, we can obsess over quality: soft yet durable yarns, a cushioned footbed, targeted arch support, and a smooth, virtually seamless toe so there’s nothing to rub—just all‑day comfort.
