About Lani Ayurveda

My name is Leilani, I am the hands behind these creations and operations. Movement and food encompass my love and joy in life, and I am here to share that with you. I am a woman, a creator, a dancer, plant mama, and yoga teacher. My passions, heart, and calling are all based within the foundational gift of my hands and the natural elements of this earth. I am here to nourish, with the application of ancient wisdom and medicine, specifically Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I’ve had a fascination and inclination towards natural healing modalities since I can remember. However, my love for health grew stronger as I began to struggle with my own. Learning to balance my own state of being is one of my biggest hinders and growths. Ayurveda, TCM and cooking were my most explored curiosities that I continue to experiment with and educate myself on. Everything I create is small-batch, ingredients from local farms, organic, sustainably made & packaged, and crafted to nourish with the application and wisdom of the ancient Ayurvedic medicinal teachings.
