About Nanny Years

Hi, friend! My name is Kelsey and I am a full-time nanny and business owner in Nashville, TN. I created Nanny Years in 2016 to connect with other nannies - as working with an infant can be lonely. What I found was a wonderful online community of support and friendship. In 2018, I launched our e-commerce store on Etsy. I've been able to use my brand to not only connect with nannies - but caregivers of all kinds including moms, teachers, babysitters & more. I've found in this world that it can be isolating at times and having a cute shirt or sticker on my water bottle is a great conversation starter to make connections!
