About Sophie Grace Maui

I moved to Hawaii with my husband 14 years ago and was shocked to find out that there were no corporate ladder in sight to climb. So I began doing PR for a local fashion designer. I was making jewelry on the side and wearing my designs to work, pretty soon clients were buying it right off of my neck. When my invoices to her for the jewelry sales were more than my actual paycheck I quit and opened my own store. Two children and a few dogs later we have a thriving jewelry business that keeps the whole family busy. My shop has an ocean view and I love every minute of what I do. When quarantine hit I was forced to close my store temporarily as it sits inside of a resort that also had to shut it's doors. I was able to focus on our website and just when I thought we were going to go under we actually ended up growing. Now our little shop is back open and we continue to navigate new ways to focus on our business and all the opportunities this last year has brought us. Aloha, JamieRead their story
