About CACAO CRUDO SRL

Cacao Crudo is a project born from the intense passion for food, for high quality, for ethics, for research and for a direct supply chain. It is a search for pleasure and production methods that, compared to traditional processes, best preserve the precious qualities of cocoa and other ingredients used; it is a new way of producing and enjoy chocolate. We were the first raw chocolate company in Italy. We use fine cocoa single-origin Criollo variety from our supply chain that originates in the Peruvian Amazon. This, that stands out for being naturally fruity, floral and creamy, it never undergoes processing above 45 °C, with the purpose of preserving its precious organoleptic qualities and nutrients in the best possible way. In this way we can bring it to your palate a chocolate rich in nutrients, safe and with clear, full organoleptic identities, decidedly out of the ordinary. We produce chocolate bars in different formats and flavors, exquisite and surprising pralines, spreads always made with whole and unroasted nuts, single portions of dried fruit filled and covered with chocolate, fruit bars, PanCrudo cake, fantastic nougats and Easter eggs. Our project was born from an ethical and sustainable vision around food, and with the aim of offering a product that is very tasty and functional to health. Read their story
