OUR OLIVE OIL IS ONE OF THE TEN BEST ORGANIC OLIVE OILS IN THE WORLD Our farm is small. Our oil production is limited. But this allows us to harvest each olive variety at its optimal time, when the olives are still a little green. All our olive oil is “premium” since the harvest of each variety does not last more than a week. This results in a more fruity and brighter olive oil, with a stronger flavor and aroma. Our oil is certified as organic olive oil and meets all the requirements and good practices necessary to obtain this qualification. Olive oil tasting professionals have highlighted its intense fruity with bitter, spicy, green and sweet nuances, as well as evoking flavors of almond, artichoke and tomato. Its soft Arbequina olive base is complemented by the stronger flavor of picual. The result is an ideal olive oil to accompany vegetables and salads. He won in 2022 at the prestigious Biofach fair, the most important in the world, the coveted TOP TEN award, and many others elsewhere. We have 6 hectares of cultivated olive groves. The main varieties we cultivate are the Arbequina, Picual, Empeltre and Arróniz olive trees. We combine their juices with those of our olive trees to create our unique oil.
