Here at Blasta Delights we use Peruvian ginger for all my products and a range of other quality ingredients. The business is based on offering consumers zingy treats without the guilt. By using Peruvian ginger it offers a deeper flavour range than regular Chinese ginger, providing more concentrated goodness. Blasta Delights was created in 2021, but the journey began in 2016 when I first created my own crystallised ginger in Canada. Unlike the overly sweet, mass-produced ginger found in supermarket aisles, my version offered a bold, unique taste experience as I use Peruvian ginger, which holds better nutritional benefits. The secret to Blasta Delights is Peruvian ginger. This ginger is smaller, spicier, and three times as flavorful as the typical Chinese variety. With its intense flavor, a little goes a long way. Combined with raw cane sugar and other quality ingredients, it’s the star of our delicious range of products. Sustainability is at the heart of Blasta Delights. We keep the ginger skin on to retain fiber and nutrients in our products. Any removed skin is repurposed to enhance our syrups or composted to enrich the soil for my garden.
