About Folium - Maison Botanique

The Folium Botanical House was created in 2019 by Caroline, a young designer from Marseille passionate about nature, decoration and botany. Trained in an architecture school, she now puts her creativity at the service of dried flowers. Her herbaria are composed of colorful flowers, leaves with shades of autumn, light grasses, plants from Provence or elsewhere, depending on her walks and travels. She gleans most of the specimens used herself, and makes each herbarium by hand, meticulously and delicately, in the rules of the art, in her workshop right next to the Old Port of Marseille. The frames, paper, glue and packaging used are environmentally friendly. Read their story
