About Purecake

Purecake was born from a simple desire: to enjoy real cakes, even when you're intolerant, vegan... or just particular about what you eat. In our workshop in Saint-Nazaire, we reinvent baking with 100% plant-based recipes, free from gluten and lactose, crafted with carefully selected ingredients. Lemon orange ginger cookies that awaken, ultra-moist cakes, crunchy granolas, indulgent Christmas bars... Each creation is designed to offer the same level of pleasure as traditional pastries, but without compromising on nutritional quality. We limit sugars, avoid palm oil and major allergens, while focusing on the natural flavors of fruits, spices, and alternative grains.
