About Labunski Studio

Liz Labunski is a NC artist, who lives in Charlotte and works mainly in mixed media, and watercolor. Her art works are intuitive mixed-media abstract expressionism, originating from her heart and not at all from the thinking mind. Liz gravitates intuitively to and works with colors and textures that speak to her in the moment. Her intention with each work is that the viewer will feel and experience the energy in which each piece was created. These Peace Decks are a passion project of Liz’s. Inspired by the works of the late metaphysical teacher Florence Scovel Shinn, each affirmation card is the marriage of a unique print of Liz’s art on one side, and the magical words of Ms. Shinn, on the other.
