Bare Self was founded by three women who had a common passion for women's wellness. Following the soul call to create something magically for women "Her Chocolate" was created, and following that Pregnancy an Breastfeeding chocolate. Each luxury chocolate is handmade to support every phase of Her Journey with added herbal supplements that specifically benefit women's health.
