About Hilarious Humanitarian

Hi, I'm Deanna! I am the creator & owner of the Hilarious Humanitarian e-commerce gift shop. I was a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for many years & I have always been a big fan of gift-giving. In 2014 I launched the Instagram account @HilariousHumanitarian while working as a Therapist to blow off steam & in 2020 I decided to take a leap of faith into self-employment, step away from my career & venture into the unknown. It started with three stickers at my kitchen table and a whole lot of nerves. October will mark our five year anniversary & we just surpassed our 100,000th order! Our community and customers are super strong & full of fellow left-leaning, gift-giving weirdos like myself. It's truly been an incredible journey that I have gratitude for each and everyday.
