Your Pasta is a Brooklyn-based, small batch, organic, domestically sourced and made dry pasta. We elevate the finest semolina flour, using organic durum wheat to showcase artisanal flavors and textures. Slowly dried in small batches after being extruded through a bronze die, for incredible texture and chew. Your Pasta is made using only 2 ingredients: organic semolina flour and filtered water. Your Pasta's ethos is rooted in its commitment to environmental responsibility. With this in mind, we sought a packaging solution that is both consciously crafted and low-impact. The result is a plastic-free box, fashioned from FSC®-certified papers and printed with soy-based inks. It boasts a translucent window, carefully crafted from sylvicta paper, sourced exclusively from wood pulp. Not only is our innovative box recyclable, it’s also compostable and biodegradable. We donate to local organizations to champion food equity issues in our community. We have a partnership with The Black Chef Movement, whose mission is to eradicate hunger & social injustice in urban communities through the preparation & distribution of nutrient-rich meals. We are committed to donating 5% of our revenue to organizations who we believe are making a difference in our community & influence on our society for the better. Our focus is on organizations whose missions support Indigenous people of the land we have our business on, those that center food, racial & social justice & are working to end gun violence.Read their story
