My name is Dietmar Nehring. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 45 years as a trained chef, event manager, and managing director of catering businesses. For some time now I have been devoted to the product chutney, which fascinates me because of its versatility and its delicious wow factor. Chutneys go with almost everything: meat, cold cuts, cheese, fish, or even as a fries dip. Anyone who tries our delicious, homemade, hand‑filled chutneys is enthusiastic and enjoys them again and again.
