I ordered the 1st if December needing these before Christmas I ask her to cancel because of lead time and she said she would not! Then the first of January she tells be it was being held at her post office because the package had a whole in it! I ask her to cancel it tgen and she did not and finally sent it

As for your order shipping time from November to January we were jammed pack + dealing with personal issues. With faire you can cancel an order yourself, I am new to faire as a seller but not as a buyer so I know that, I don't know how to do it as a seller, and when I asked Faire Help Center they told me to have you cancel it, you did not. —Delanie Nicole • May 6, 2025
