About Anna Soba

Hello! Thanks for visiting my shop :) I’m Anna Soba, a freelance Illustrator, Printmaker and Ceramicist based in Brighton, but originally from Poland. I work in the little studio in the centre of Brighton, UK. My work is a celebration of craft and image/illustration joint together. It gives almost endless possibilities. I am in love in rawness and wonkiness, the true nature of the lack of perfection. I work in variety of mediums, from analog to digital drawing, printmaking but also ceramics. In whatever technique I work, using blank paper sheet, blank page or a ceramic item, I see it as a plain canvas and an opportunity for a little story to tell. One of my main illustration objects is a cat character, its endless mood, situations and relations with the world. My work is celebration of little things and moments in life, sharing positive message and bringing joy. All ceramic pieces are one off and unique I am one woman band and it reflects in the lead time of your order.
