About Dahoam Manufaktur

The Dahoam Manufaktur is a small factory in Lower Bavaria near Passau. We produce high-quality chili oils purely by hand. The topic of regionality and sustainability is very important to us, which is why we attach great importance to the fact that our components, like oil, are not an industrial product. We use high-quality extra virgin olive oil from a small Tuscan oil refinery and we source our chillies from breeding associations in Germany and Hungary. Read their story
