About Jars by Jodi

Jars by Jodi started small in 2015 and has witnessed organic growth each year since then. The business began when Jodi and her husband were newly married, on a limited budget, and faced with still wanting to give quality Christmas gifts to extended family. Jodi had been given several dozen mason jars and ended up googling “quality mason jar Christmas gifts on a budget." That's when a recipe for mason jar cookie mixes popped up. Jodi made some up for family and they were a hit! The next year it was suggested that Jodi try selling them at a pop up market so we gave it a try - and it was a success. Thus Jars by Jodi was officially born. A few years of growth later (...and a few kids later...) the collection of mixes has been expanded to include our own recipes of cookies, brownies, scones, banana bread, muffins, and much more! The mixes are now available for purchase at a variety of markets each year, at a number of local retail stores year round, as well as for free local pickup in Pitt Meadows, or for shipping Canada-wide.Read their story
