Giving us the knowledge and experience necessary to obtain the best product, thus strengthening ourselves and constantly feeding back on quality, based on the best production processes and quality standards to give the best aroma and body in the roasting process, reflected at the time of preparation that distinguish our coffee. ​ The balance between acidity and body that characterize our coffee is the result of the altitude 1650 meters (or 5414 feet), shade trees, and volcanic soil from the slopes of the department of Caldas, Colombia, South America.
