The Coffee Board stands for high-quality, directly traded specialty coffee in Germany. Specialty coffee is defined by the purity of green coffee. The more cleanly the cherries and beans are sorted by hand, the better the quality of the coffee. Specialty coffee is characterized by special flavor profiles. We roast our fair trade coffees gently by hand and with great care to produce the most delicious flavors. Each coffee is given an individual roasting profile, so that we have the right filter coffee or espresso ready for both classic coffee drinkers and third-wave lovers.
