About The Black Dog Candle Shoppe

Welcome! I have always been a dog lover and have adopted several rescue dogs over the years. Through a desire to help more animals, I have created The Black Dog Candle Shoppe. I decided on the name Black Dog due to the “Black Dog Syndrome”. Black dogs are often the last dogs to be adopted and as a result tend to stay in shelters longer and are euthanized more often than other dogs. We are excited to offer 100% natural scented soy candles, and for every candle sold 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Michigan Animal Rescue League (MARL) located in Pontiac Michigan. We use 100% natural soy in our candles. Soy provides a cleaner healthier burn. Our candles are long lasting and will burn between approximately 70 hours if used correctly. In addition, we also offer wax tarts, wine charms, and wick trimmers. We will continue to add items in the future. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or requests.
