Placed order on 12/23 they said it was delivered on 12/11 and due to lack of communication and everything being a robot it’s hard to even explain what’s going on. Horrible customer service and communication.

Hi My Estie Bestie! We believe this was a system error that incorrectly marked your package as delivered on the 11th as the package has not yet been scanned by a USPS officer due to holiday break. Your package, along with our other orders, is still in our warehouse and is waiting for USPS to scan and pick it up for delivery. Once USPS completes the scan, the tracking status will update accordingly. We are actively contacting Faire Support to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will keep you updated with any new information.
