About Egglamp

Handmade, with real eggs Egglamps are made using real eggs. We aim to use the best organic free range eggs, source them straight from local farmers or find eggs that are out of date at the supermarket. What about the inside? Bakeries: We also have connections to local bakeries. With bigger orders, the insides of the eggs are donated to these bakeries who make scones, brioche and other nice pastries. Artworks: Currently we use the inside of the eggs to make our own paint: egg tempera. Together with natural pigments, this paint is used to make new paintings in the studio.Read their story
