About Tommi Crystal Designs

Hello, and welcome to my jewelry adventure! My journey began with simple friendship bracelets and a love for creating with my hands. What started as a hobby has grown into a thriving business that allows me to combine my passion for art, family, and entrepreneurship. Creativity has always been part of my life. As a child, I traveled to art fairs with my Mom and Oma, both ceramic artists. Those experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for handmade art, meaningful connections, and the joy of creating something unique. After earning a BS in Business from Kansas State University, I continued pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing while working in the corporate world. In 2002, I began selling my work at art fairs and online through Tommi Crystal Designs. After the birth of my second daughter, I took a leap of faith and turned my passion into a full-time career, allowing me to stay home with my children while building the business of my dreams. My work is inspired by nostalgia, whimsy, nature, and the beauty of everyday moments. From hand-forged sterling silver to colorful enamels and carefully chosen stones, each piece is crafted by hand in my studio with intention, patience, and love.
