Participation in the work process promotes and stabilizes the personality because the products created with joy and diligence are evaluated, bought and used by other people. The sale creates a regular relationship with many people in and outside the day care center. Care in small groups In our house, individual support is provided in small groups. The focus here is not on functional and mechanical practice and training, but rather on decent and respectful encounters. “Everyone has the right to work. ” There are creative, craft offerings in 14 workshops. “It is essential to strive to recognize the individuality of others, to recognize their abilities and to respect their innermost nature. ” At Stephanus, people with disabilities are cared for in accordance with the latest scientific principles and anthroposophical curative education and social therapy.
