An epicurean, passionate about taste combinations, travel and the discovery of cultures, I quickly fell in love with this drink. Kombucha offers endless possibilities in terms of tastes and flavors: no two kombucha are alike. At the brewery as well as behind the stove, the playing field is huge and we love to reinvent ourselves. This 100% natural, low-sugar, alcohol-free organic drink benefits from being more widely known in France: it became my challenge when I returned to set up BB in Vailhauquès, near Montpellier, where I grew up.
