The Year was 1949 and a young Cindia Jackson started working at the tender age of 12 as a waitress. To pass the time she took a special interest in being creative with coffee flavors. She would surprise customers by adding Vanilla, Maple syrup, or honey to their cups. The customers enjoyed her creations and would indulge her creative spirit. As time went by it became her passion, Cindia became a coffee flavoring innovator. This began the line of coffee now available in hundred's of flavors. In 2007 Jim Jackson, her son, opened the 1st store in Merrimack NH. Jim has been creating flavorful grinds of coffee ever since. Cindia Jackson Coffee is all processed by hand into 12oz bags, Perfect pot pouches, K-cups and Fracs for serving. Our coffee is available mostly in Medium roast Hundreds of flavors to choose from.Read their story
