About kencko
Kencko is a fruit and veggie company founded in 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal, to make it easier for more people to eat more plants. Since then, we’ve sold tens of millions of smoothies and increased access to our convenient, shelf-stable take on organic fruits and veggies via the thousands of retail locations at which our products are sold. We believe that a diet rich in fruits and veggies is better for you, and better for the planet – and in everything we do, including our recyclable and home-compostable packaging, we strive to live up to that belief. Our instant organic smoothies combine freeze-dried fruits and freeze veggies into one healthy and quick-to-prepare package and cut down on food waste in the process. All we do is remove the water - all the fiber and nutrients remain, and we never add sugar, artificial preservatives, or other additives. Just pour the smoothie mix into 10 oz of water or milk, shake, and voila! You’re ready to drink 2.5 cups of tasty, organic produce - that’s half your suggested daily fruit and veggie intake in one convenient smoothie.

My clients have loved the fruit smoothies. I'm having them include the reds, purples, and crimsons in for the polyphenols to support beneficial bacteria in gut. This is after gut microbiome testing. The polyphenols in those foods support the bacteria lacking. And here in the northeast, it's freezing as heck and we don't have great options for fresh organic berries in the grocery stores. Plus they're getting fiber with is a natural binder for toxins & to prevent constipation.

The only negative is it doesn’t mix well, very sticky and cakey, so it takes a long time to dissolve. Most taste great except the green one has too much of a kale taste. I will try adding frozen banana in it and if that tastes good will suggest to my customers.

This means that some clumping may occur during transit due to changes in temperature and humidity. To easily break up the clumps, you can gently massage the packet.
