An organic artisan brasserie committed to fair trade and environmental values, located in the heart of Libourne in New Aquitaine. Beer bottles are returnable and the labels in our permanent range are made of recycled paper with biosoluble glue to reduce our carbon impact as much as possible. The raw material, such as malt or fruit and vegetables, is exclusively French. Pop-up beers are made with seasonal fruits and vegetables from farmers who grow grapes or organic. The permanent range consists of 5 beers packed in bottles, cans and 30l kegs. Ephemeral beers are made with mixed or spontaneous fermentation. The brasserie likes to age in barrels and jars in order to have a product that is as unique and authentic as possible.
