Having always been passionate about agriculture and our land, I carefully grow wheat on our family farm in Condé-sur-Marne, at the foot of the Reims mountains. After 16 years of working the land, I wanted to turn my harvest into gold... edible! In 2015, I therefore had the idea to create Les Nominettes, local and 100% local pasta, made with “homemade” know-how that smells of tradition. Tasty and ready in the blink of an eye, they combine pleasure and convenience. With Les Nominettes, you will no longer eat pasta, you will love it!
