Chelsea Paulus is an author-illustrator and an established traditional wildlife and portrait artist based in California. At the age of ten, she picked up a pencil, notebook, and sketchpad, sparking her passion for both creative writing and illustration. More recently, Chelsea’s imagination and love for children’s stories has been re-ignited from her love of reading to her 2-year-old son. The Biggest and Brightest Star in the Sea is Chelsea’s debut children’s book, and she is well underway with her second picture book, which will be released in 2025.
