About Zenelaty

Founded in 2020, in an apartment on the banks of the Seine, during full lockdown, I was looking to escape and especially to combine work and passion, thus ZENELATY was born. I had long had the ambition to venture into textiles, but due to lack of time, the project had never come to fruition. The lockdown and my passion for fashion pushed me to take the leap. An old adage said, "Clothes do not make the man," but nowadays this proverb is no longer relevant; a garment is a personality, an entity, an exhibition, and that's what we love at ZENELATY. You may wonder, but why a bee? Simply because this insect, through its role for nature (flowering plants), allows fertilization in the life cycle of plants and certain fruits (pollination). I myself am admirable and fascinated by the coloration and variation this insect brings to our ecosystem, how can one not be sensitive? Moreover, bees are severely threatened with a higher than normal rate. And finally, their characteristic colors of brown-black, yellow-orange and red abdominal segments, and the yellow-brown hairy thorax provide a palette of colors that can only make our daily lives more joyful; you will find this palette of colors in our collection.
