About Indigo Sterling Silver

Indigo Designs was born from romance and a love of world cultures and artistic expression. Barry and Sheryl Cowen met in the remote mountains of Guatemala where they were both pursuing their mutual passion for travel. They instantly fell in love. Together they traveled to South East Asia where they explored the immense artistry and creativity of the people of Bali Indonesia and Thailand. They soon founded Indigo Designs out of their small log cabin nestled amongst the giant redwoods in the coastal mountains of Santa Cruz, California. In 2015, Barry & Sheryl decided to pass on this great brand to the current owners, Sam & Simeon in Waterbury, CT.
