About Kismet Cacao

Kismet Cacao offers a collection of decadent sipping tonics that celebrate wild-foraged, Arriba Nacional cacao from the rainforests of Ecuador. Each blend contains our cacao base & a gentle blend of nourishing spices, herbs & other ingredients. This cacao is hand-picked from native, mature, 30-80 year old cacao trees that are never farmed & nourished by rich, volcanic soils & rain water. Each cacao bean is fermented, sun-dried, stone ground into a smooth paste & then once in its solid form, ground down into scoopable bits. Kismet Cacao's sipping tonic blends melt easily in warm water/milk of choice to make a delicious drink or may be used in smoothies, baking & more. Started by Chelsea Connor in 2019 after years struggling with caffeine dependence & crippling exhaustion as the result of a fast-paced lifestyle. She realized that her nervous system & overall health were needing a nourishment overhaul. In her experimentation with a variety of herbal allies she found her way to cacao. She formed a relationship with cacao, crafting her own cacao blends that helped her to reclaim the vitality & peace that her life had been missing.
