This appellation remains confidential today with only 60 hectares cultivated. IGP Ariège extends from the South of Toulouse to the foothills of the Pyrenees. The 18 hectares of vines were planted in the early 1990s. A dozen different plots are based on clay-limestone hillsides located at an altitude of 300 meters on average. These parcels are located on either side of the Lèze, a sub-tributary of the Garonne. The hilly relief allows a great diversity of exposures. The estate has been certified organic since the beginning and we have been working according to the specifications of Nature & Progrès since 2018.
