Candy Co. was born from cravings, chaos, and one guy who finally said, “If you don’t like it… Bite Me!” I’m Scott Nyberg, the candy-crazed, ice-cream-lovin’, flavor-obsessed founder behind Bite Me! Candy Co. What started as a small idea quickly turned into a full-blown flavor rebellion. After years of doing “serious” work, I realized life was way too short for boring snacks, bland treats, or feeling guilty about enjoying candy like a kid again. So I grabbed a freeze dryer, a mountain of candy, and a big ol’ attitude—and the rest is sweet, crunchy history. I wanted to create something loud, fun, unapologetically bold, and totally unforgettable.
