Marc Olivier, grandson of Giovanni Battista Olivier, is the one who took charge of the recipe written by his grandfather in 1949 and tries to make the product with the same philosophy and methodology of yesteryear. The recipes are from Limoncello and Crema de Limoncello, two digestives artisanal delicatessen and with raw materials close to the place of production (Capellades), so that it respects local and nearby trade with Km0 ingredients. In addition, it does not add any type of preservative or artificial coloring, so that two 100% natural products are obtained. Finally, today you can find very high quality liqueurs, with all the body and aromas of the liqueurs that our grandparents used to drink, nothing to do with the commercial products full of dyes, preservatives and additive sugars. Basically, Marc has made his passion and family tradition his profession.
