Agricola Maraviglia uses exclusively a modern and meticulous approach to all phases of harvesting, which starts in early/mid October, obtaining an incredibly pure and fruity, quintessential Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our 1284 organically cultivated olive trees are harvested early and by hand, then immediately pressed. Our farming practice embodies regeneration approaches, where the echoes of past harvests resonate in the present. Today, we continue to benefit from the choices our farmers of the past made centuries ago. It is our responsibility to preserve this legacy, ensuring the enduring essence of our olives for generations to come.
