About Happy Hog Sauce Co.

The true Happy Hog, Bill loves to cook BBQ. He caters church events and received had so many complements on his sauce. He cooks by taste, so we pinned the ingredients down to a recipe. HIs base sauce has the boldness of a Memphis BBQ but the uniqueness of a Carolina BBQ sauce. We named this sauce Southern Fusion. We wanted to keep these sauces healthy so we avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup which is often over 50% of the ingredients in many Memphis based sauces. Bill likes heat in his sauce so he created Crossfire HOT with not one but two waves of heat at about the level of a tabasco sauce. A very unique formulation. I wanted a fruity sauce so we created Blueberry Blast with a blueberry finish. These sauces mix and match well. After 30 years of skincare sales, Kate is excited to shorten her ingredient deck and bring these great tasting, healthy sauces to sauce lovers! Bill and I went on a missions trip to Uganda last year with Second Chance Children's Ministry. Our friend Rose is working to build an orphanage there for 300 children. We are actively involved in her ministry and donate a portion of our proceeds to help reach, teach and equip these orphans. Thank you for supporting our mission! Read their story
