At Sleeping Forest, we have set ourselves the task of creating a gin that is as unique as its home. Deep forests, quiet rivers and breathtaking scenery characterize the area around Tambach-Dietharz, a tranquil town in the Thuringian Forest. This feeling of peace and naturalness, hand-picked ingredients from local forests, finely coordinated aromas and a love of craftsmanship come together in an incomparable taste experience. We are a very young company and make our gin by hand in very small badges. No mass production, each bottle is unique. The pleasure, quality and pleasure of drinking are our top priorities. In addition, we are also pursuing another mission. Because with every bottle of our gin sold, we donate €1 to the children's hospice in Central Germany based here in Tambach-Dietharz.
